Your catalog. Your storefront. More places to be found.
Bring your physical releases to We the Indies. A publisher with a hundred titles and one developer making their own discs by hand get the same storefront. Connect a supported shop or create your catalog here, give it your own look, and keep orders moving through your agreed fulfillment setup.

- Customers buy through We the Indies and your fulfillment continues
Customers buy through We the Indies. You receive your agreed product amount, and orders follow your approved fulfillment setup.
A shop shows as connected once its connection has taken a test order end to end and been approved. Until then the page says so, and We the Indies hooks the shop up after sign-up.

A storefront that looks like you
Add your logo, banner, background and colors. Feature your releases and collections under one address.

Bring the shop you already run
Tell us the supported shop you run and the products to share, and keep editing them there. After sign-up we hook the shop up, and reviewable changes come through to We the Indies once the connection has taken a test order.

Keep your fulfillment working
Customers check out with We the Indies. Approved orders are sent to your agreed fulfillment setup, from your real dispatch origin, and shipment updates return to the order. Customers pay the approved shipping charge.

Already making them yourself?
If you are already making your discs by hand and sending them out yourself, you do not need a company, a warehouse or a catalog to open a storefront. Bring what you already make, keep making it exactly the way you make it, and it gets one address a buyer can find instead of a direct message and a spreadsheet. Same page, same fee, same fulfillment setup as anybody else.

For publishers and local game shops
Offer your own releases or eligible physical stock. Show the platform, edition and condition so customers know what they are buying. Imported console and retro stock needs no Rialto and no disc making.

Rialto authoring when you need it
Author a supported PC release with Rialto free when that release is sold through We the Indies. Already have finished stock? Connect it directly. Only need the ISO? The authoring and signing service is $25.
The authoring choices
See the sales that come through We the Indies
Track your products, orders, shipment updates and payments in IndieHub, labelled as sales through We the Indies. Nothing about your direct shop’s own customers is imported.

The fee panel
Ordinary partner sales
Our 1.5 percent fee is added to the price the buyer pays, along with the payment processing line. Your agreed item amount is protected. No minimum and no Fund deduction on an ordinary sale.
Optional marketplace distribution
Choose the products you want us to offer on eligible outside marketplaces. Listings start at your product price plus $10. If costs require a higher price, we review an even-dollar price in $2 steps. We the Indies receives at least $1 or 2.5 percent of the marketplace item price, whichever is greater; the remaining surplus after costs supports the Indie Fund.
Authoring services
Rialto authoring is free for a supported PC release sold through We the Indies. Bring your own ISO, $25. Authoring and signing only, for your own distribution, $25.
Bulk orders. Buying a case of a title sold here is a different door: on any disc page, ask for fifty copies or more. The games
Questions we get
- I am one person and I already make my own discs by hand. Is this for me?
- Yes, and it is one of the reasons it exists. You do not need a company, a warehouse or a catalog. Bring what you already make, keep making it the way you make it, and the storefront gives it a home that a buyer can find.
- What do I change here, and what in my own shop?
- Product names, descriptions, prices and stock stay yours, edited in your own shop; changes come through for review before they show here. The page design is edited here. A person at We the Indies reviews both before they go public.
- Who takes the payment and who ships?
- Customers buy through We the Indies. You receive your agreed product amount, and orders follow your approved fulfillment setup from your dispatch origin. Refunds, returns and reimbursement follow the supplier agreement you sign at setup.
- Can I list console games and retro stock?
- Yes. Console games and other finished products can be listed with their platform, edition and condition. They need no Rialto and no disc making here.
- Do partner games get updates and cloud saving?
- Only supported PC games authored with Rialto and sold through We the Indies. A shared master a partner supplies can have those services once configured; it carries no individual copy number.
- What if my shop is not on the supported list yet?
- Sign up and enter it. Shopify and Wix are the named paths; further platform families follow. We say plainly which connections have taken a test order; until yours has, the page says we hook you up after sign-up.
- What about bulk orders of a title sold here?
- That is a different door and it still works: on any disc page, ask for fifty copies or more and we write back.
