Rialto Disc Maker
Point it at a game folder. Out comes a disc.
Fill in a title, pick the folder, click Build. Rialto writes a real installer, a disc menu with your art and music, and an ISO you can write. Bring your own key. It is the same tool we use on our own bench, and it is yours.

How it goes
Three things, then a disc.
1. Pick the folder
Your finished Windows build, as it is. Rialto finds the game's exe. It keeps its own name.
2. Fill in the form
Title, background, icon, a soundtrack or bonus folder if you have one. Preview the menu before you write anything.
3. Build
An installer, the menu, and a ready-to-write ISO. Write it with any tool, or send it to a duplicator.
In detail
Bring your own key
The disc wears your name.
Configure Signing, then tick Remove WTI Branding. Azure Artifact Signing is about $10 a month. Your files stay on your PC. Without a key the installer is unsigned and Windows says so.

The disc you asked for
CD, DVD, Blu-ray, M-DISC.
The capacity check names the disc your build fits. Files over 4 GB switch the disc to UDF.
An installer in their language

Inno Setup, Start Menu, uninstall. The list is long on purpose.
USB sticks too
Tick one box.
A Start Here file does the job autorun cannot.
Multi-disc sets
Too big for one disc?
Disc 1, Disc 2, Disc 3, split for you. Players swap when Setup asks.
Add to Steam
After install, one click.
Puts the game in a player's Steam library, art and all.
What it will not do
Sign for you
Signing under your own name goes through Azure Artifact Signing, about $10 a month, and your files never leave your PC. Without it the installer is unsigned and Windows says so.
Need the internet to play
A disc this window writes plays without an account or a server. Updates, when they exist, are a choice from the disc menu later.
