We post from Saint Augustine, Florida, to every country the couriers reach. A disc is made after you order it, then posted. Shipping is calculated at checkout from the courier's live rate for your address and the weight of the box. Handling on that rate is 3.5 percent plus 30 cents. The table below is what a typical order usually comes to, not the charge on your order.
Made first, then posted
Your copy is made after you order: the disc, the cover, the label, the case. That usually takes a few working days. A busy week can stretch it, and we email you if yours will be slow.

Heavier orders are priced the same way at checkout. Fifty copies and up: get in touch, and we write back with a price and a date.
How long it takes
Standard is USPS inside the United States and UPS abroad. Express is USPS Priority Mail inside the United States and DHL Express abroad. The days in the table are the courier's, counted from the day the package is posted, and they are what we normally see, not a promise of a date.
You get a tracking number by email when the label is bought. International tracking can go quiet for a stretch partway there. That is normal.
Card processing
Card processing is its own line in the cart: 3.5 percent plus 30 cents, the same on every payment method. It is added so the shelf price stays the workshop price and the developer share stays whole.
Customs, duties and VAT
An order posted abroad can attract import tax, duty and a courier handling fee when it arrives. Your country sets those, and they are yours to pay. We declare every package at its real value, as commercial goods. We do not mark an order as a gift or understate its value.
EU orders ship VAT-unpaid. Your courier collects VAT, and a handling fee may apply on delivery. We do not charge EU VAT at checkout.
UK orders ship the same way. Your courier collects UK VAT plus a handling fee on delivery, whatever the order is worth.
Canada and Australia work the same way: GST is collected by the courier when the package arrives, not by us at checkout.
US orders to a Florida address carry Florida sales tax at checkout from 14 September 2026, the day our registration is in force. Everywhere else in the United States, nothing is added.
Printed goods
Art prints, canvas and books are printed after you order by Gelato, in the nearest of its 32 print countries, and posted from there with a tracking number by email.
Outside those countries the print is posted to you from the nearest one. Gelato delivers to over 200 countries and regions.
They travel separately from any disc in the same order, so an order with both arrives as two parcels on two days, and pays both shipping lines.
Inside those countries there is no customs charge: the print never crosses a border. Outside them it ships duties unpaid, and your country may charge import tax on arrival.

Hardware
The optical drives already on the Hardware shelf are posted by their current supplier. Shipping for those is added at checkout, the same way as a disc. Their postage is not included in the shelf price.
New hardware we add later is posted by the supplier with shipping included in the price you see. Checkout does not add a second postage line for those. A disc in the same order still pays its own shipping. Shipping being included on those items does not make a disc free to post.
Addresses
Check your address before you pay. If you catch a mistake, email support@wetheindies.com straight away and we change it if the label is not bought yet. A package delivered to a wrong address you gave us is not one we can replace for free, though we always help you chase it.
Lost, stuck or damaged
If tracking says delivered and nothing arrived, tell us within 14 days and we open a claim with the courier. If tracking stops moving, give it a little longer than feels comfortable, then write to us. If the package arrives crushed, we replace the disc: see Refunds and replacements.
Pre-orders
A pre-order is made and posted around the title's announced release window. If that window moves, we email everyone holding one, and you can cancel for a full refund any time before it ships.
