Shipping

We ship from Saint Augustine, Florida, to every country the couriers reach. A disc is made after you order it, then shipped. Shipping is calculated at checkout from the courier's live rate for your address and the weight of the box. Handling on that rate is 4 percent. The table below is what a typical order usually comes to, not the charge on your order.
Outside the United States, the cart asks for your postal code or your town. The cart then shows what shipping costs, from the lowest price. On the next page you choose how we ship your order, then give your address and pay. Each way to ship shows its price, its tracking and its import tax before you pay, and its days where we know them. A cart with a print, a book, merch or a discount code goes through the standard checkout. The standard checkout ships abroad by UPS, USPS or DHL Express, and shows the postage before you pay. Several discs ship in one parcel: each extra disc adds far less postage than a disc ordered on its own.
Made first, then shipped
Your copy is made after you order: the disc, the cover, the label, the case. That usually takes a few working days. A busy week can stretch it, and we email you if yours will be slow.

Heavier orders are priced the same way at checkout. Fifty copies and up: get in touch, and we write back with a price and a date.

How long shipping takes
Inside the United States, Standard is USPS and Express is USPS Priority Mail. The days in the table are the courier's, counted from the day the package is shipped, and they are what we normally see, not a promise of a date.
Abroad, the days are the carrier's own estimate from the day the package is shipped, not a promise of a date. Each way to ship shows its days on our checkout page, where we know them, before you choose.
Inside the United States, you get a tracking number by email when the label is bought.
Abroad, each way to ship has its own tracking:
- Basic post: Limited tracking
- Packet post: Tracked on its way
- Tracked post: Tracked to your door
- Tracked post, tax paid: Tracked to your door
- DHL Express: Tracked at every step
With limited tracking, we cannot promise a tracking number. On every other way, you get a tracking number by email when the label is bought. International tracking can go quiet for a stretch partway there. That is normal.
Card processing
Card processing is its own line in the cart: 4 percent plus 30 cents, the same on every payment method. It is added so the price stays the workshop price and the developer share stays whole.
Customs, duties and VAT
An order shipped abroad can attract import tax, duty and a courier handling fee when it arrives. Your country sets those, and they are yours to pay. We declare every package at its real value, as commercial goods. We do not mark an order as a gift or understate its value.
Before you pay, our checkout page shows the import tax of each way to ship. A tax-paid way takes the import tax with your order. On any other way, the figure is an estimate of what is asked at your door.
EU orders ship VAT-unpaid unless you choose a tax-paid way on our checkout page. If you do not, your courier collects VAT, and a handling fee may apply on delivery.
UK orders ship the same way. If you do not pay the import tax with your order, your courier collects UK VAT plus a handling fee on delivery.
Canada and Australia work the same way: the courier collects GST when the package arrives, unless you choose a tax-paid way where our checkout page offers one.
US orders to a Florida address carry Florida sales tax at checkout from 14 September 2026, the day our registration is in force. Everywhere else in the United States, nothing is added.
Printed goods
Art prints, canvas and books are printed after you order by Gelato and shipped from its production network, with a tracking number by email.
Production location and supported delivery destinations depend on the format and current availability. We do not guarantee the nearest printer.
They travel separately from any disc in the same order, with their own tracking and shipping charges.
A print may cross a border. Your country may charge import tax, duty or handling fees on arrival; we do not guarantee a customs-free delivery.

Hardware
A drive, like every piece of hardware, is shipped by its supplier. The postage is in the price you see, so checkout adds no shipping for it.
A disc in the same order still pays its own shipping and comes in its own parcel, so the two can arrive on different days. Shipping being included on hardware does not make a disc free to ship.
Addresses
Check your address before you pay. If you catch a mistake, email support@wetheindies.com straight away and we change it if the label is not bought yet. A package delivered to a wrong address you gave us is not one we can replace for free, though we always help you chase it.
Lost, stuck or damaged
If tracking says delivered and nothing arrived, tell us within 14 days and we open a claim with the courier. If tracking stops moving, give it a little longer than feels comfortable, then write to us. If the package arrives crushed, we replace the disc: see Refunds and replacements.
Pre-orders
A pre-order is made and shipped around the title's announced release window. If that window moves, we email everyone holding one, and you can cancel for a full refund any time before it ships.
