REFUND POLICY

We want you happy. If there’s an issue, email me at chandler@wetheindies.com with your order number and clear photos (if damaged/incorrect).

Return / refund window.

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in new, unused condition unless defective on arrival.

Not returnable (unless defective).

  • Opened or used software/media

  • Digital items or download codes

  • Clearance or final-sale items (marked on the product page)

Defects or wrong item. We’ll replace or refund once verified. For replacements, we may ask you to return or dispose of the defective item per our instructions.

How refunds are issued. Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 3–7 business days (your bank may take longer). Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.

Exchanges. If you want a different product, place a new order after your return is processed.
