Who we are. We the Indies (“Company,” “we,” “us”) sells physical PC game discs and related merchandise through this website.

Using this site. By browsing or purchasing, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Orders & pricing.

• An order is accepted when we send a confirmation email. We may cancel and refund for suspected fraud, errors, or out-of-stock items.

• Prices may change at any time before purchase. Taxes, duties, and shipping are shown at checkout where applicable.

• Preorders and made-to-order items ship when ready; estimated windows are not guarantees.

Shipping & risk of loss. Title and risk of loss transfer to you when the carrier scans the package. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns & refunds. See our Refund Policy. In short: opened software isn’t returnable unless defective; contact us within the stated window for help.

Product use. Our PC discs/launchers may require specific system specs. You’re responsible for meeting requirements and backing up your data.

Intellectual property. All site content, packaging art, and marks are owned by us or our partners. You may not copy or use them without permission.

Disclaimers. The site and products are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

Liability cap. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law. Florida law (USA) governs these Terms, without regard to conflicts rules. Venue: state or federal courts in Florida.
