SHIPPING POLICY
Processing time. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Preorders/made-to-order items ship when production is complete.

Delivery estimates.

USA: 3–7 business days after shipment

International: timing varies by destination and carrier

Tracking. A tracking number is emailed when your order ships.
Customs & duties (international). Local taxes, duties, and import fees are paid by the recipient. We can’t mark items as gifts or under-declare value.

Address issues. If an address is entered incorrectly, we’re not responsible for non-delivery. If the package returns to us, we can reship to a corrected address; additional postage may apply.

Lost or damaged items. Contact us within 14 days of the carrier’s delivery scan (or expected delivery if never scanned as delivered). Include your order number and photos of any damage so we can assist with a replacement or claim.
